In this shop area, panel frame jointing, component fixing, busbar fitting and wiring work are carried out.

The components are fitted on plates and wiring work done separately before fixing the mounting plates in panels. Details of machinery used are as under:-

• Busbar Bender & Slotter: Arco Whitney makes capacity suitable for 200 x 12 mm Busbar Bending & Slot/ Hole making.
• Busbar Cutter: Custom made for accurate, high speed cutting.
• Busbar Sleeve Baking Oven: For Heat Shrinkable PVC Sleeving on busbar.
• Pillar Drill Machine & Torque Wrenches
