Quality Control

Raw Material
The Raw materials used in the production of our products undergoes a stringent quality check in factory. Inward inspection, quality check, operational tests are conducted so as to meet highest quality standards.

Fabrication
During the process of Fabrication following tests are conducted
a. The Gauge Check for sheets
b. Dimensional test

Powder Coating
This process involves a Pretreatment with 7 tank process and a Thickness Test.

Control Panel
We make sure that all our control panels undergo the following tests for high safety
a. 1000 V DC megger test for insulation resistance
b. 5 KV High voltage test for dielectric strength test
c. Functional test
d. Three phase power test
e. Visual inspection for aesthetics
